Fried Broccoli and Seafood

Delicious and healthy dish of seafood and broccoli that's perfect for a special dinner or a party. Here's how to prepare it and serve it with mayonnaise, sea salt, and caper berries:
Ingredients
1 pound broccoli florets
1 pound mixed seafood (such as shrimp, scallops, and calamari), cleaned and dried
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Sea salt, to taste
Caper berries, for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Dredge the broccoli florets and seafood in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess flour.
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
Working in batches, fry the broccoli florets and seafood until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the fried broccoli and seafood to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with a pinch of sea salt.
To serve, arrange the fried broccoli and seafood on a large platter or individual plates. Drizzle the mayonnaise over the top and sprinkle with additional sea salt. Garnish with caper berries.
